Beautiful coastal vacation spot!

A large rustic cottage setting on a bluff overlooking Little Harbor with a pebble strewn, semi-private beach, located 1/4 mile from the southern end of Bailey Island. The beach is well-suited for wading, swimming, and sunbathing. Kayaking is another possibility that has become popular in recent years. The cottage has lovely views of the sunrise from the East and breathtaking views of the sunset in the West, easily observed from the wrap-around porch.

The rustic spacious living area inside includes a large living room, a kitchen, a sink room, a woodshed, five bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The large fireplace insert in the living room is perfect for taking the chill off in the early morning, or adding a touch of warmth to a cozy evening! One bathroom upstairs and one downstairs near the bedroom. The one bedroom downstairs has a full-sized bed and the upstairs bedrooms: two have full-sized beds, two contain twin-sized beds.
